The Problem
As a constantly growing company, the Client has been acquiring and managing new properties. When they deal with a new property, there is always a network that needs to be maintained and supported. Network up-time is very important because when there are customers interested in a property, a rental agent utilizes the available technology to fill out an application. Even though the Client has its own internal IT team, they needed a faster onsite response for location beyond their immediate reach.
