The first step to our engagement is an easy on-boarding process.
- We work together to fill out a pre-audit questionnaire
- We schedule a kick off meeting where you meet the project team , and your primary point of contact (Technology Advisor)
- We schedule and perform an onsite IT and/or remote audit of your infrastructure
- We set up a review meeting to go over our findings, and deliver a detailed audit report to you as our first deliverable
- We conduct helpdesk training for everyone in your organization so they know how to reach us
- We set recurring meetings with your assigned Technology Advisor
